Erica Coleman – General Manager

Overview
As General Manager, Erica Coleman provides strategic and operational leadership for the community, ensuring effective governance, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident services. She serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, committee members and the management team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive management of Board relations, including meeting coordination, implementation of Board directives, and ongoing communication
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and coordination with accounting functions
  • Manage community communications, including e-blasts, notices, and event coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, contract oversight, and prospective business relationships
  • Support administrative operations to ensure efficient day-to-day community management
  • Administer vehicle registrations, access credentials, and visitor pass programs in accordance with community policies
  • Serve as a resource for Proptia system inquiries, guidance, and issue resolution
  • Oversee  guest, vendor, and IF program passes and access
  • Enforce deed restrictions, manage compliance processes, and coordinate security-related escalations and hearings

Marchivia “Shay” Bell – Assistant General Manager

Overview
Marchivia “Shay” Bell serves as Assistant General Manager, supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily community operations and ensuring consistent service to residents, homeowners, and visitors to support compliance with community standards, streamline processes, and maintain efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new construction and review modification applications in accordance with community guidelines; serve as the primary point of contact for all modification matters and oversee the Modification Committee
  • Conduct all new homeowner and tenant orientations (appointments required in advance to ensure dedicated assistance and availability)
  • Support accounting and general administrative operations
  • Maintain the Proptia gate system, including resident, country club, and visitor account and vehicle information including: vehicle registrations, gate access credentials, and visitor passes
  • Assist with deed restriction inquiries and coordinate hearing scheduling
  • Respond to general community inquiries and provide guidance on processes and procedures

Dante` Scott – Operations Manager

Overview
Dante` Scott serves as Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day community operations with a focus on Deed Restriction & Security compliance, brick wall maintenance, and resident support. Scott works closely with vendors, contractors, security and residents to ensure community standards are upheld and operational needs are addressed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections related to deed restriction compliance and community standards while overseeing the Deed Restriction committee
  • Manage relationships with residents and contractors to ensure effective communication and service delivery
  • Coordinate and schedule deed restriction and security hearings
  • Provide support and coordination between on-site security, resident and HPD matters
  • Oversee contractor access and ensure compliance with community access procedures
  • Supervise maintenance and repair for streets curbs, and brick walls within the community
  • Assist with general administrative functions, including vehicle registration processing

Joe Acuna – Maintenance Manager

Overview
Joe Acuna serves as Maintenance Manager, responsible for the upkeep and functionality of community common areas such as exterior and interior gates, LPR cameras, exterior lighting, and facilities. Acuna coordinates maintenance operations with community vendors, supports community maintenance projects, and ensures that shared amenities are properly maintained and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and functionality of common area gate systems, LPR cameras, and other gate related issues
  • Oversee Landscape vendor relations and maintenance in common areas
  • Coordinate contractor access and assist with community maintenance and improvement projects
  • Maintain community amenities: including the park, basketball court, and soccer field
  • Manage common area lighting and routine maintenance needs 
  • Support resident services, including trash and recycling bin delivery coordination

Ameshia Pitts – Allied Universal Security Manager

Overview
Ameshia Pitts serves as Security Manager with Allied Universal, overseeing all contracted security operations within the community. In this role, she is responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring consistent  community traffic and enforcement policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for security escalations, emergency coordination, and security enforcement matters within the community
  • Manage incident reporting, investigative follow-up, and documentation of all security-related events
  • Manage and supervise all security personnel
  • Oversee traffic enforcement and 24/7 routine community patrols
  • Coordinate and provide house watch services between residents and HOA management
