To complete your registration and activate resident gate access, please provide the following:
- Warranty Deed, first page of the Closing Disclosure, or current Lease Agreement
- Completed Resident Contact & Vehicle Registration Form (Forms tab for a fillable form)
During your orientation, you will:
- Meet the Royal Oaks HOA Management Team.
- Learn about our License Plate Recognition (LPR) gate access system, the Proptia resident portal, and community security procedures.
- Receive an overview of our community standards & deed restrictions, architectural guidelines, private road policies, and traffic enforcement procedures as outlined in the governing documents.
- Explore community events, committees, and opportunities to get involved.
- Have the opportunity to ask questions regarding annual assessments, security enforcement, visitor access, architectural improvement requests, and other HOA services.
To complete your registration and activate resident gate access, please provide the following:
- Warranty Deed, first page of the Closing Disclosure, or current Lease Agreement

***Please note that failure to submit the required documentation and complete your orientation within 30 days of occupancy may result in the temporary suspension of your License Plate Recognition (LPR) gate access until your onboarding has been successfully completed.
