General Responsibilities:

  • Manage new construction and all modification applications matters

  • Conduct new homeowner/tenant orientations: To ensure we can provide you with the best assistance, please schedule your new homeowner orientation in advance. Walk-ins are not recommended, as we want to make sure we’re available to give you the time and attention you deserve without any interruptions.

  • Update/new vehicle registrations and visitor passes

  • Oversee guest, vendor, and IF program passes

  • Manage Proptia and vehicle updates
  • Address Proptia questions and concerns

  • Assist with deed restriction inquiries and hearing scheduling

  • Handle general accounting and administrative tasks
