House Watch Program
The Association’s House Watch Program is available to all homeowners who may be out of town. Security will walk the perimeter of your home to ensure it is secure unless they are unable to bypass a gate to enter your backyard. The Association contracts for security and patrol services with a private professional Security Services Company. The main entrance located at 11839 Meadowglen Lane is manned 24-hours a day. The Westpark South entrance is manned from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. to process lawn service, pool service, construction and residential employee traffic. The Association also contracts services with the Houston Police Department (HPD) daily for added security service.
