Royal Oaks Community Security & Enforcement

At Royal Oaks, we are dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, and peaceful environment for all our residents. To achieve this, we offer 24-hour security and patrol services to monitor and protect our community. Security personnel are fully authorized to enforce the RORCOA traffic rules and fine policies, as set forth in the Governing Documents.

Community Compliance

  • Mandatory Compliance: All residents, their guests, and vendors must adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Royal Oaks Community Owners Association (RORCOA). These guidelines ensure that our community remains orderly, respectful, and secure.
  • Enforcement: Security personnel have the authority to issue citations for any violations of community rules. This includes infractions related to traffic, parking, noise, and other policies as defined by RORCOA.
  • Security Guards & Patrols Responsibilities: Our security guards are on duty 24/7 to ensure the safety and security of our gated community by verifying visitors and monitoring access points. They are responsible for tasks such as verifying guests and vendors, issuing visitor passes, confirming house watch requests and other security protocols.

    Please note that security personnel at the gates are not authorized to assist with adding resident vehicles, changing license plate information, scheduling resident orientations, extending guest/vendor passes, or disposing deceased or domestic animals. For these matters, we kindly ask that you contact the HOA Management team directly. Our team is available to assist with any of these requests and ensure they are addressed promptly. We appreciate your cooperation and encourage you to be courteous to our security staff as they work to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.

  • Resident Responsibility: Residents are responsible for the safety and security of their property. We recommend taking precautionary steps such as installing security cameras, alarm systems, securing all doors and windows, and ensuring proper lighting around the perimeter of your home.
  • Residents are accountable for their guests, family members, and any vendors or contractors they invite to the community, ensuring they also comply with all established rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in citations or further action by security personnel.

Enhanced Security Support

To further strengthen our security measures, Royal Oaks partners with the Houston Police Department (HPD). The additional law enforcement support ensures that our community receives an extra layer of protection, particularly in situations that require police intervention beyond the scope of routine security patrols.

  • Main Entrance Security: For non-emergency security concerns or inquiries, please contact security at the Main Gate by dialing 281-496-5299.
  • Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency, always dial 911 for immediate assistance.
