April 2021 Annual Meeting

The 2021 Annual Meeting of the members of the Royal Oaks Residential Community Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Royal Oaks Country Club, 2910 Royal Oaks Club Drive, Houston, Texas. Due to continuing COVID-19 concerns, limited seating is available for in-person attendance; however, attendance will also be available via a Zoom webinar format, as provided last year. Both attendance options will allow for questions and answers.
Please register in advance for the annual meeting regardless if you wish to attend in-person or virtually at https://rmwbh.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_W056SOSOTcya-DNrZ5bw9g. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
A reservation for in-person seating may be requested by sending an email to the management office at dr@pmghouston.com. Seating will be confirmed via email on a “first-requested, first-provided” basis. A member who does not have a confirmed reservation for in-person attendance will be denied entry at the meeting and asked to instead join the meeting via the webinar platform. In-person attendees will be required to wear a mask and follow Royal Oaks Country Club Covid-19 protocols.
