The 2020 Annual Meeting of the members of the Royal Oaks Residential Community Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year we will be voting electronically using a third-party voting platform, and we will hold the Annual Meeting online in a Zoom webinar format.
