ROYAL OAKS RESIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND 2018 RESIDENTIAL DECALS
It’s the time of year to begin registering vehicles with the Association for 2018. Forms are available online and copies will be mailed with the Assessment Statements. Please fill them out and return them via email to access@pmghouston.com or by mail to 11000 Corporate Centre Dr. Ste 150, Houston, TX, 77041. Once received, staff will process the information and prepare decals for owners. Please keep in mind, accounts must be in good standing with no unpaid assessments or fees, and no violations in order for decals to be provided. Please click the links below to retrieve the 2018 forms.
All required forms can be filled out and returned now and once your 2018 homeowners’ assessment has been posted the 2018 residential decals will be mailed to you once management has received all of the following:
- Required Residential Information Form
- Required 2018 Residential Vehicle Update Form
- Required proof of insurance for all vehicles listed on the Vehicle Update Form
- Posted payment of your 2018 Homeowners Assessment and any outstanding account balance owed on your HOA account
