The 2016 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 after 7:00 pm with registration beginning at 6:30 pm at The Royal Oaks Country Club. There are two Board seats available at this time. The elected Members will serve a two year term. Each lot is allowed to vote on two candidates, one per each available seat. Your vote is very important so we ask that you please review the candidate information carefully and make your decision.
Remember, your attendance in person, by absentee ballot, or by proxy is vital to establish quorum and in order for business to be conducted. Please make sure that you are represented and do not hesitate to contact the management office with any questions you may have.
